Advanced Leadership Development

Based on the more than five years of intensive research that John carried out to write his book (Excellence by Design: Leadership) as well as his personal experience working with some of the world’s top leaders in business, government, higher education and the non-profit sector – this program will identify the key characteristics of outstanding leaders in a clear, straightforward and practical manner.

Taught as a mixture of lecture, group discussion, individual and group workshops, this program teaches participants the fundamental skills and attitudes necessary to be an effective leader and the tools to implement a successful leadership development action plan for improving those skills.
Depending on the needs of the clients and the length of the program, topics can include:

This course can be delivered in a one-day program, in a multi-day format, or as a specialized “Advanced Executive Leadership Retreat.”
