Following the format of an advanced MBA class, this one-day workshop will present “Best in Class” benchmarking studies on specifically what it takes to create and sustain a high performance team within an organization and then compares that information to the actual performance of your team as revealed through our customized Team Effectiveness Audit. The resulting gap analysis between the “current” state of your team and the “desired” state of a High Performance Team drives a workshop that will deliver specific and measurable action steps for dramatically improving the effectiveness and success of your team and organization.

Using research and case studies available from Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, MIT Sloan and other leading business schools, as well as review of the actual team building programs from top organizations in the world (Microsoft, GE, IBM, HP, 3M and the United Sates Navy SEALs) this class will give attendees an in-depth understanding of how great teams are formed and maintained.

Team Effectiveness Audit

As part this workshop, a confidential on-line survey will be administered to all members of your team to gather critical data on specifically how the team is performing now and what steps must be implemented to improve team effectiveness. This highly focused 24-question survey is based on several acclaimed research studies including the “Great Places to Work” study and the findings of a national Gallop poll of more than 13 million workers on the characteristics of effective teams. A concise and detailed executive report will be presented to each team member during the program and will serve as the foundation for taking your team to the next level.
